1. 1. Listen + Watch. 听本站故事或跟读台词。看图：canteen, recess, MRT。
2. 2. Speak + Roleplay. 分角色演。练问句、情态动词、礼貌用语。轮流说，听不懂就问一遍。
3. 3. Read + Answer. 短篇理解 + 完形。对准 CEQ 阅读 / AEIS 理解与完形。
4. 4. Write + Reflect. P2–P5 写 80–100 词；S1 写 200–300 词。只改本课 1–2 个语法点。
